Germany
AUG Licence
In Germany, the rights and obligations of temporary workers, hirers and agencies are regulated under the German Temporary Employment Act: Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG). We are experienced in handling AUG and have been doing so since 2000.
UK
IR35 Knowledge
From 6 April 2021 all public sector authorities and medium and large-sized private sector clients will be responsible for deciding if the changes to the off-payroll working rules (IR35) apply. As a member of the REC’s working party on the changes, we are well placed to ensure best practices are followed.
