This “Destination Resort” project includes a theme park; water park; restaurants; Entertainment venues; Cineplex; 5 Star themed resort with conference facilities; golf course; 800 single family homes and waterways with boat taxis. An option for this project is a hotel/casino which is subject to legislation being approved.

Scope of Services

As the Lead Consultant and Project Manager, MCG was responsible for the preparation of the project program, project cost and project schedule. MCG worked closely with the Master Plan designer and the Economics review firm. Cost Plan included entertainment complex, hotel, villas, championship golf course and boat marina.
