New Public Works Facility and Fire Station West of I4

The City is constructing a Public Works Facility and Fire Station on the Westside of I4 in the Maitland Center area. The facility is located at Fennel Street and Keller Road and will feature a Fleet Maintenance Building, a Grounds Maintenance Building, a stormwater retention area, offices for all members of the Public Works Department including administration, as well as the City's second full time Fire Station.

Scope of Services

MCG completed the full Cost Estimate and validation of city publics works facilities including Fleet & Grounds Maintenance, Fire Station and several storage areas. Over 29,000 sq ft of building space.
