Destiny USA is a proposed mixed use, lodging, retail and entertainment complex in Syracuse, New York. The project is planned to be a LEED Certified development, powered entirely by renewable resources, and is planned to be completed in three phases. First phase is an 848,000 square foot expansion of the 1.5 million square foot Carousel Center, and pile driving for the structure's foundation. Part of the plan is a nearby one million square foot technology complex in the town of Salina.

The 4.5 million sq foot plan includes an Entertainment Complex 13,000 hotel rooms, an indoor aquarium, a water park, an indoor recreation of the Erie Canal, a stadium and performing arts center, three golf courses, a 100 acre glass-enclosed indoor park, plus a 20 acre artificial lake.

As one segment of this $43 billion concept, MCG provided a Structural Cost Analysis for 39 story, 1326 room hotel covering 1.2 million square feet.
