Punta Cacique is located in the NW coast of Costa Rica in the Guanaste area. This 686 acre resort offers hotels, townhomes, and downtown area with a commercial and residential center. Amenities such as two Beach Clubs, Marina, Equestrian Center and Tennis Courts are also included. The Hotels will be One and Only Resorts that belongs to Kerzner International and Miraval Resorts. The client is Revolution Resorts owned in part by Steve Case, founder of AOL. This is three phase project that has the potential of further development.

Scope of Services

MCG has been involved in the 1st Phase of the design concept and provided 100% conceptual estimate. We have provided consulting and advising on typical components of this type of resort and helped the client stay within their budget.
