This resort is comprised of 1,040,000 square feet (1,585 rooms) in two hotels (Ritz Carlton and J. W. Marriott), 412,000 square feet of convention and function space, an 18-hole Greg Norman Signature Golf course, a 40,000 square foot health spa and a six-court tennis complex.

Scope of Services

As the Owner & Developers representative, MCG was responsible for providing cost comparison estimates to act as safeguards on the design of this two hotel resort complex. MCG assisted the design and construction team by providing staged cost estimates and value engineering support as the design progressed from Schematic through Construction Documents.
